We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or Paypal. We have a $20 product purchase (before shipping) minimum for all mail orders. Malas are made to order, and all in stock items usually leave in 2-4 business days. All orders are shipped via US Priority Airmail. From ship date, US orders usually arrive in 3-4 business days, and international airmail arrival dates can vary. US orders will receive a "Delivery Confirmation" number. International Orders are not traceable via the USPS database, but all orders will receive notification from The US Post with the shipping date and customs number. We must waive all liability for loss, damage, confiscation, and delays for international orders.
Returns, Damages and Warranty Info:
* If you have purchased any retail item as photographed,(custom designs are not refundable) are are unsatisfied feel free to return your product, unused and in re-sellable condition by contacting us within 10 calendar days of order receipt, you will be refunded the product purchase price, less a 10% restocking fee. (Shipping to and fro is not-refundable)
* If you receive a damaged product, please retain packaging and notify us immediately. You may be asked to show damaged package to shipper to apply for reimbursement if your package was insured. If it is determined that product was damaged by shipper, a replacement product will be sent if available as soon as we receive the damaged item back.
* Default warranty on all products- We will ensure that all products that we manufacture with the use of Soft Flex Microfillament cable or High Grade Nylon Fishing Line sent are free of manufacturing defects for 30 calendar days from date of purchase.
